Key Organizations for Education, Activation, Legal Assistance, and Property Rights

We at the Institute on the Constitution (IOTC) are here to help you educate members of your church family and surrounding community about the Biblical Founding of the United States of America! 

The first four Voter Guide links below are for federal and State level elections.  Due to lack of funds (mainly donations) these organizations may not have information on every candidate or issue.  In addition, many candidates often ignore questionnaires sent to them by such groups.  You can draw your own conclusions from their lack of response.  That said, these are still very useful and worthy of encouraging your church to print and insert into their bulletins, or at least

Resource 5.4 – Candidate Evaluation equips citizens with a clear framework for evaluating candidates through a Biblical versus secular worldview. By focusing on a candidate’s understanding of constitutional limits, moral authority, and the source of rights, this resource helps voters discern whether leaders recognize government as limited and accountable—or view the state as supreme.

It is really important to “frame” your comments with respect to the Constitution (Federal or State) and other founding documents.  Don’t just give your “opinion.”

Resource 5.6 – Political & Legislative Guidelines offers a concise reference outlining what churches and pastors may legally do when engaging in political and legislative issues. This Liberty Counsel resource helps ministry leaders understand constitutional boundaries while confidently exercising free speech and civic responsibility.

If you have religious views within the Judaic or Christian tradition that founded America, big institutions are lining up to flatten your freedom to believe. This includes Big Government, Big Corporate, Big Media, Big Education, and Big Advocacy. Guided by a secular worldview, these powers have combined to declare war against your freedom to openly hold your religious beliefs, and they are not hesitant to inflict painful sanctions.

A Supreme Court Justice issued a rare and stark warning recently about the state of religious liberty in America. Speaking to a group of Catholic lawyers in March, Justice Samuel Alito said that “a wind is picking up that is hostile to those with traditional moral beliefs” based on faith.
