STAY TUNED FOR A TRAGIC PERFORMANCE BY ROMNEY AND RYAN

 A new cast member has just entered the national election scene—supposedly from stage right.  His name is Paul Ryan.  Republican hopeful Mitt Romney has selected this dashing young talent to dazzle the audience.

A glance at the playbill reveals that Ryan’s experience includes some major roles in the welfare state fantasy. 

He has played prominent supporting roles in:

1) Mr. Bush’s Part-D Prescription Drug Benefit,

2) No Child Left Behind, and

3) The Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) which lawlessly bailed out the Banks.

Demonstrating his versatility, Ryan has worn a Christian costume (moral make-up?) while voting for ObamaCare and for Barney Frank’s Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) which penalizes religious organizations for not hiring sodomites.

And who can forget his feature appearance in the National Defense Authorization Act Drama (which allows for indefinite detention of Americans without Constitutional due process).

Ryan, of course, is best known for his budget opera which violates the Constitution in virtually every scene.

In fact, Paul Ryan’s background of lawless lawmaking qualifies him perfectly for this latest role.   And remember that his co-star, in a previous appearance as Governor of Massachusetts, introduced the original version of ObamaCare.

As Mr. Romney and Mr. Ryan join together downstage, the illusion they are selling is that they present a real alternative to Obama and the current Godless, socialist regime.

But when this show is over, and the house lights come up, what will we have but two actors who have promised us more lawlessness?
