This compact curriculum offers students in-depth guidance on specific topics that come up when government and God seem to collide.
Not only that, but Government vs God challenges students to think critically about law, authority, and liberty from a biblical and historical perspective.
What is included in the Government vs. God course?
1) Time Warp – A historical, biblical, and constitutional examination of the early charters, compacts, sermons, and founding documents of America.
2) The First Amendment and the Myth of Church and State – Focuses on the First Amendment and provides the true meaning of religious liberty, as well as clarifies the often misunderstood phrase “separation of church and state.”
3) Abortion and the role of the judicial branch – This session offers a look at the structure of the U.S. government and the limits of the judicial branch, as well as authority over life.
4) Socialism vs Christianity – Learn the fundamental differences between socialism, a constitutional republic, and Christianity.
