Dave Easton is a distinguished U.S. Military Veteran with a storied career and a deep commitment to service and leadership. Serving honorably with the 101st Airborne Division and the 32nd Signal Battalion, Dave’s military background is a cornerstone of his character and values. His dedication to his country is further exemplified through his membership at the American Legion Post 217 in Sidney.

Dave's educational journey began at Sidney Holy Angels Elementary, followed by his graduation from Sidney High School in 1968. He furthered his education at the United States Military Academy at West Point, graduating with the Class of 1972. His commitment to continuous learning is evident from his subsequent completion of the Edison Graduate Academy for Community Leadership.

Professionally, Dave has demonstrated his expertise as an engineer at Sheffield Measurement in Dayton, where he worked for 25 years. Known for his solutions-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and team-building prowess, he has also excelled as an entrepreneur. Dave founded CMM Measurement Solutions of Ohio and Lighthouse Enterprises of Ohio.

As a dedicated Christian, Dave actively works with both Protestants and Catholics, underscoring his commitment to faith and interfaith cooperation.
