Lighting the Fire of Liberty: Ohio Churches Welcome the American View

Institute on the Constitution (IOTC) President Jake MacAulay completed his Ohio tour last week with stops at New Life Fellowship Assemblies of God in Dayton, and Fairhaven Community Church in Camden. The American View of law and government was the topic of discussion. Here are a few highlights:

New Life Fellowship Assemblies of God, Pastored by Timothy Hume (pictured with MacAulay below), sponsors a school with over 400 students. The school’s founder and senior administrator was in attendance to hear MacAulay’s presentation on The American View. The presentation sparked a curiosity of IOTC’s course curriculums which now have the potential of being used for the school’s civics and American government classes.

The same day, MacAulay spoke at Fairhaven Community Church Pastored by Rich Studebaker. A local County Commissioner took notes at the presentation, with plans on taking the IOTC course training to sharpen her leadership in the community – something that IOTC encourages all leaders in public office to do. Public and homeschool students were in the crowd as well, listening to MacAulay intently.
