Home-school IOTC class Visits Ohio Statehouse

April 25th was the last day of our 12-week IOTC class for 3 home-schooled, high school students.  To make the graduation special, I planned a trip to Columbus to meet with our state representative, Todd Smith.  First, we attended the Vandalia, Ohio annual prayer breakfast and were inspired by Star Parker and the prayers of the local pastors. They care deeply about the spiritual condition of our nation!  Then, we headed to Columbus where we sat in on a hearing of the Criminal Justice Commission.  After the hearing, Rep. Smith treated us to pizza and presented the students with their certificates.  A big THANK YOU to Rep. Smith and to his aide, Jack Brubaker, who went beyond the call of duty to make it a very special day.
