America’s First State Graduates the American View of Government

Institute on the Constitution (IOTC) Delaware Chapter Leaders, Larry Mayo and Dave Gibson, are currently teaching IOTC’s U.S. Constitution Course to their 5th group of students (see pictures below).20170213_20112220170213_202752

Mayo and Gibson start each season with the same mission: to restore America’s Founding Fathers’ Biblical, Constitutional, American View of law and government:

  1. There is a God
  2. Our rights come from him
  3. The purpose of civil government is to secure our God-given rights

“First State IOTC,” as they are referred to, has long been after the preservation of the Constitution in Delaware. We believe that fidelity to this American View is crucial to the preservation of liberty, and represents the Delaware Chapter, inspiring the people of America’s first state to learn and discover the truth about our Constitution.

If you are interested in teaching IOTC courses, or becoming a chapter leader in you state, please contact us at or call 866-730-9796.

Update: This class of patriots graduated from the IOTC U.S. Constitution Course in early March. Congratulations graduates!
