Bush Honors His Unknown God

President Bush ended his recent remarks on the "National Day Of Prayer," to applause, saying: "May God bless America." Well, no. I don't think so. I think, for a number of reasons, that we are one nation, under God's wrath. One reason I think this is because of what Bush said at this very event, organized by Shirley Dobson, wife of Dr. Jim.

The President said: "Each day, millions of our citizens approach our Maker. We pray as congregations in churches and in synagogues, and mosques, and in temples. We welcome people of all faiths into the United States of America."

Prayers which are not in the Name of Jesus do not, of course, get past the ceiling.

The first commandment Though shalt have no other god's before me.
Have you ever read the book of judges and saw the pattern. Israel sins, God sends natural disaster, they still sin, so God sends armies to attack and occupy Israel, Israel finally get's right, has a revival, and God fixes everything.
The scary thing is that we are barley in the natural disaster part!
May I see revival with these eyes! Oh Lord that is my prayer!
May I see preachers Get saved, and their Congregation follow suit. Oh Lord that is my prayer!
May I see your spirit move so powerfully that the Drunkard in the bar, the prostitute on the street, the politician's in government, get saved, get right and get baptized. Lord that is my Prayer.
In Jesus's Holy name amen!

So true! I am afraid that there is plenty more to come.
