I have a message in my profile that says "latest reputation received"


Does anyone know what that means?

It says I have a total score of 10.

I'm wondering, however, why everyone has the same level of reputation...

Did everyone's reputation get reset? Was the reputation system ever working on this site?

No, they're working. Most of them are incremented at 50, though, so they take time to add up, and are therefore more than likely more accurate...
