I am happy and love life... but when I realise how alone I am then I cry myself to sleep.

I wish there were more people who thought for themselves and could also do great things because of that.... that would be nice :-)

You suffer from Guilt manipulation. I frequently cry myself to sleep because I feel so alone in this world, most people seem stuck in the grasp of Religion to varying degrees (doesn't matter if you're even a little bit religious to me.... any blind faith is the problem).

If you met me in life you would describe me as a 'kind soul' or 'such a nice boy'... I am free to be kind to all people regardless of their mindset because I do not close my doors to ANY thoughts I love all of you... you should try it sometime, it's the nicest most beautiful thing in the whole wide world.

You'll find that we are not "stuck in the grasp of religion" but devoted to the worship and serving of our King, Jesus Christ. I don't expect you to understand. I do expect you to have respect for our faith and our intellect. You're going to find that the "I'm superior to you" club wrapped in the "I love you all" velvet will go over like a lead zeppelin here. Try making a coherent argument that you are ready to defend without using straw man arguments.

I bet he never comes back, Chuck...

Maybe. Just like the sinner who stomps out of church insulted that he has been told exactly what he is.

Can't change the message to suit the listener especially when he acts like the amateur flyweight who walks into a waterfront stevedore bar screaming "you're all pansies and I can whip any man here." One would hope this fellow expects what he gets. :D

I didn't mean he might not return because of your "insults," Chuck. I have been around forums for a while, and have seen a lot of one post wonders.

Sorry Patrick Henry,

Sometimes its hard to tell if we're being chastised or simply being conversed with in the written word. Much easier to read moods and see that sarcasm or humor is being employed in the spoken word. I guess that's why prosecutors and our opponents would rather use a transcript of what has been said rather than play a tape. ;)

And he may awaken to the truth too. When I was much younger, I questioned God, Faith, religion and churches. My Faith is much stronger for it and it certainly is not a blind Faith, it is Faith because God is truth and nothing makes that more obvious that opening your eyes and your mind and looking around. I am very open minded about churches and how people choose to express their faith and worship Him, but God, His Truth and absolute faith in Him are simply beyond question.

Perhaps this person is simply going through a youthful questioning period before he accepts that we are never alone, that God is always with us. I would cry myself to sleep every night too, if I thought I was alone.
