Alito Nomination

Is there an official view of the Alito nomination? I've received a request to sign a petition supporting him, but want more information before blindly giving him my nod. Has the Constitution Party examined his credentials and made a determination if he should be supported or not?

I want to gratefully thank John Lofton and Michael Peroutka for not drinking the Kool-Aid on the Alito nomination ! How come those two men know the score about Alito (pro-death, pro-murder, enabler of murdering babies) while almost everyone else (including Howard Phillips) thinks that Alito is the greatest thing since sliced bread ?
