The article entitled “Is our Constitutional House on Fire?” from the April 2001 Idaho Observer is presented at http://proliberty.com/observer/20010402.htm and explains what went wrong with America in a much easier to understand fashion than I am capable of explaining on my own. But, more importantly, everything stated in the article is correct to my knowledge;

Excepting that the article omits the fact that prior to the New Deal of 1934 the amount of property collateralized to finance the Federal Reserve, likewise the number of Federal Citizens (US Citizens or Persons) who’s lives and productivity were also collateralized was less than 51%, but as a result of the Reformation Act of 1933 and New Deal of 1934, in which the States gave up their individual rights to bail out the Federal Government, all American Citizens (the People or USA Citizens) were deemed incompetent and thereupon reclassified as Federal Citizens (Subjects or Political Slaves) and because under the US Constitution only State Sovereign Citizens (American Citizens) can own property, all of public and private land rights were transferred to the Federal Government, after which the Federal Government was thereby able to refinance the Federal Reserve.

The article also failed to address the fact that the District of Columbia has since been effectively dissolved as the legal seat of the United States Government when the politicians in Washington reestablished it as the State of New Columbia, a Charter State of the United Nations. This new corporate contract, of course, gave the United Nations ultimate jurisdiction under international law over all of the Federal Citizens, as well as all of the land, minerals and water, and even the very air we breath.

At this time, the United Nations already taxes our water and has been seeking a new National Identification Numbering System which is said to include the ID Chipping of all of ITS” Citizens, which thanks to our misrepresentatives in Washington, includes all of us.

The article also omitted the fact that the United Nations also has been proposing a new Income Tax to be placed upon its’ citizenry so that it can become self-funding through an arrangement with the World Bank/International Monetary Fund, similar to the arrangement the WB/IMF has with the Federal Government in connection with the operation of the Federal Reserve.

Blessings,
Bill
