Mr. Peroutka is a very competent individual to speak to many of my concerns, and I am therefore presenting this post with the hope that he will address some of those concerns.
To explain, although I am legally homeless, having only a PO Box to receive mail and therefore not eligible to vote, during the last election Mr. Peroutka stated that if he were elected he would undo the New Deal of 1934. For months, I attempted to tell others of this campaign promise, explaining that for truck drivers like myself that would mean we could throw away our logbooks because for the first time since 1939 we would again have our Right of Citizenship back; including the Right to Contract, Freedom of Movement and other Rights such as 5th Amendment Rights.
Focusing on the Right of American truck drivers to not incriminate ourselves, other truck drivers would respond with something to the effect “but you have to have logbooks otherwise these guys out here would work themselves until they dropped.” And, my response was “OK but your saying that murders and rapists should have the right to not incriminate themselves but hard working people should not?” Of course, this was enough that I would always win the argument, but I was still in error given that the 5th Amendment appears to define the Rights of “persons” rather than that of “We The ‘People.’”
And to explain further, I am now in a fight for what I believe is my Right to Religious Freedom, and a fairly good history of my background up to the late 90's is presented at http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff73538.htm. Within it you will find references to Eddie Kahn’s site (THE GOVERNMENT HAS TAKEN OVER THE LINKED SITES AND IF YOU TRY IT IT WILL DO STRANGE THINGS TO YOUR COMPUTER!). Mr. Kahn’s activities were organized under a Pure Trust as a Religious Organization and he was offering Pure Trust packages to others. But, long before Mr. Kahn experienced his difficulties with the government I decided to not pursue a Pure Trust package or any other form of corporate structure because I recognized that under the ancient system of novation sometimes called “the Biblical Beast” even the church which has contracted with the state for privileges of existence is in fact a creature of the state (Genesis 47:23-27). And, in a post on this site entitled Please save us from this “state” with political slaves, land slavery and tax slavery! (http://www.theamericanview.com/forums/showthread.php?t=194) I have sought to define the various forms of slavery as they are related to the section of the bible dealing with the Biblical Beast:
Anyway, under the Constitution, the people get their sanction from God whereas persons under the law are contracted with the state for privileges of existence relative to the system of the Number of Man (i.e., 666). And, as I'm sure your aware, Yeshu’s mission involved the process of overcoming that ancient system of novation which is set forth in the Book of Genesis (41:1-4; 41:17-21) as Pharaoh’s dream of the beasts of the field which ate up everything and left the people without their money (Genesis 47:13-15), without the rights to their lands, and in a state of slavery (Genesis 47:18-22). Under that ancient system of novation (the Biblical Beast) even the church which has contracted with the state for privileges of existence is in fact a creature of the state (Genesis 47:23-27). All of which means, we are looking at a very impressive system whereby each and every member of that system would by an abstract "social" necessity view any-and-all adversaries to such a system of slavery as indeed very dangerous and monstrous, such that the danger and monstrosity would not be “only in the eyes of those who would want the model of ‘powers-that-be’ perpetrated ad infinitum.”
And, within that post I also offer my prayer that Michael and My God of the Living hear my prayer! And, as mentioned above, I believe that Mr. Peroutka is a very competent individual to speak to many of my concerns.
Now, I also mentioned above, even when I try to explain our God Given Rights under the Constitution and Bill of Rights I sometimes make mistakes. I will be the first to admit that I make my share of mistakes. I mean, I try not to but **** happens. It used to bother me because others lives were on the line with respect to the law suits, licensing apps, and grants. But now the mistakes I make as I attempt to learn enough to defend myself bother me because I am making a stand with respect to my Right to Religious Freedom as it relates to the subject of being a Christian (1 Corinthians 7:23, I was bought at a price; to not become a slave of men.), and even though I know I will go to prison for it, I am not going to let them violate my Right to Religious Freedom.
Yet, I found it necessary for me to take a stand on just one of the many instances of slavery where my Right to Religious Freedom is being violated, and the way I'm proceeding is with my issue of tax slavery. At first, I sought the Right to Religious Freedom for myself and all members of my family but after I started to fight for my Right the IRS re-assessed me as an Individual and since that time I have made it my fight, and the IRS appears to have gone along with that, such that the fight does not involve my wife in any way whatsoever, and if I go to prison at least my wife will be free to bring up our son as we see fit.
I mean, I am more than a little bit upset to think that because of the reformation Act of 1933 and New Deal of 1934 I and my wife as truck drivers are regulated as government property under the Commerce Act to the degree that if we don’t document where and when where we go to the bathroom as well as where and when we go to bed together then we are criminals subject to fines in excess of a thousand dollars or more each, but I won’t make my stand on that. So instead of involving my wife in this in anyway whatsoever, I have decided that will make my stand on the same issue that the good Rabbi Yeshu Ben Yosef (a.k.a. Jesus) and his three sons opposed; i.e., the loss of one’s soul through the various forms of slavery, but prioritizing tax slavery because that was the only reason the good Rabbi Yeshu Ben Yosef (a.k.a. Jesus) suffered the first death at Calvary. And, by that I mean that the fact that the good Rabbi proclaimed himself to be the CHRIST and King of the Jews was beyond the scope of jurisdiction for the Roman Governor to consider in the case that resulted in the good Rabbi’s suffering at Calvary. As such, even if everyone else has forgotten what it means to be a Christian, I am a Christian first, and the following the basis of my claim:
Based upon the account presented in Matthew 22: 15-22, Mark 12: 13-17, and Luke 20: 20-26), our culture almost always claims that Jesus condoned the paying of taxes, and these references can often be found to be amongst conditioning materials presented in government sponsored educational programming. Yet, based upon the passages referencing Jesus’s answers to the spies of the Pharisees and Herodians, they in fact handed over Jesus to the Roman Governor, and the two criminal complaints against him were (1) that Jesus was encouraging his followers not to pay tribute to Caesar, and (2) that Jesus proclaimed himself to be the Christ and King of the Jews. In any account, the event is recorded as follows:
Although the Sanhedrin had condemned Jesus to death, they had to present this judgement to the Roman governor, Pontius Pilate. Usually Pilate lived in Caesarea, but he had come to Jerusalem to watch the Jews in the Holy City during Passover. He stayed in his palace which Herod the Great had built for himself in the highest part of the city.
At sunrise, the Jews brought Jesus before Pilate' they remained outside the palace door so they would not come into contact with a pagan polytheist and thus be defiled. (i.e., If they were defiled, they would not be allowed to celebrate Passover). Therefore, the governor had to come outside in order to ask the Jews what he should do with the prisoner? They said, "We have judged him and according to our Law he should be put to death." "So he deserves death; but what crime has he committed?" asked Pilate. "If he were not a criminal we would not have brought him to you. We have two complaints against him. He is encouraging our people to rebel and not to pay tribute to Caesar. And, he proclaims himself to be the CHRIST and King of the Jews.
Now, I ask all, did I miss something here? Am I wrong to assume that because the children of our society have been soo conditioned by government sponsored educational programming to believe that when Jesus said “give to Caesar what is Caesar's, and to God what is God's" that that meant to pay taxes, that even as adults they are totally oblivious to the fact that one of the two criminal complaints against him was that he was encouraging his followers not to pay tribute to Caesar? If I am wrong, and it is not a matter of conditioning as a form of mind control, then what other conclusions might others have?
