I enjoy seeing how mater-of-factly Michael A. Peroutka is able to refer to the traitors who turned the United States into a state, because I find myself often going off on tangents because of the many, and I do mean many, who are not even aware that the politicians in Washington became traitors to the country and the constitution by effective dissolving the District of Columbia as the independent seat of government and reestablishing it as the Charter State of New Columbia, a Charter State of the United Nations.
I pray that Michael will explain more on the subject of the “hostage-citizen, taken captive by the ruling powers; in other words, a democratic form of state terror,” which Michael had promised to undo with respect to the New Deal of 1934 if he had been elected. However, I would remind Michael they killed the saints for a reason, and that being said, if Michael doesn’t respond to my request I pray that the Lord God of the Living be with him in all of his affairs.
And, that being said, I’m not as good as Michael at being concise, so I hope you will forgive my wordiness here, but I pray this because in my writings of late I attempt to go in some detail in explaining how it is that in connection with Reformation Act of 1933 and the New Deal of 1934 the US Government deemed the “people” (which are self-regulating under the Constitution) as incompetent and thereupon reclassified them as “persons” (which are effectively deemed as genetically incapable of learning and therefore self regulation and therefore must be regulated by an outside source, which in this case is the powers given to the legislative democracy via the Commerce Act through the Equal Rights Clause) thereby establishing a ruling governmental power over political slaves.
Of course, under the Constitution only “people,” as defined by the Constitution, can own property so the government now maintains all the allodial titles to property. As such, “persons under the law” are only entitled to purchase Real Estate Titles, which are nothing more than a title of interest, and effectively have reestablished a national system of land slavery which in many ways mimics the plantation tradition of management of properties by the southern blacks living on plantations prior to the civil war, thereby establishing a system of land slavery.
And, in connection with the refinancing of the Federal Reserve, the US Government promised the lives and productivity of all the persons born and yet to be born as well as all of the property over which it holds jurisdiction (and as of 1934 the possession of all the allodial titles has translated to effectively having jurisdiction over it all), and although there is no law requiring the average American (people) to pay income taxes, the entire burden for repayment of this national debt is formulated under the IRS Code as it relates to, you guessed it, “persons”, which establishes tax slavery.
And, finally, when the politicians in Washington effectually dissolved the District of Columbia as an independent seat of government and reinstated it as the State of New Columbia, the Charter State of the United Nations, that gave the UN ultimate jurisdiction over it all. And, now, the United Nations not only wants to become self funding by taxing all of its' property, which contractually is every US Citizen (and all of our generations to come) and the land and water (the World Bank/International Monetary Fund holds the first lean on the great lakes, and all fresh water and sewer systems) and even the air. And, get this, the UN wants the US to scrap the Social Security Numbering system, and is/has been working on a mandate that would force the US to use its' National Identification Numbering System for its' citizenry (property) and is further working on that mandate to force the US to identity chip each person (watchdog groups that investigate alleged corruption by government officials were able to prevent ID Chip legislation this year, but it is only a matter of time before it somehow slips through and is enacted).
Anyway, under the Constitution, the people get their sanction from God whereas persons under the law are contracted with the state for privileges of existence relative to the system of the Number of Man (i.e., 666). And, as I'm sure your aware, Yeshu’s mission involved the process of overcoming that ancient system of novation which is set forth in the Book of Genesis (41:1-4; 41:17-21) as Pharaoh’s dream of the beasts of the field which ate up everything and left the people without their money (Genesis 47:13-15), without the rights to their lands, and in a state of slavery (Genesis 47:18-22). Under that ancient system of novation (the Biblical Beast) even the church which has contracted with the state for privileges of existence is in fact a creature of the state (Genesis 47:23-27). All of which means, we are looking at a very impressive system whereby each and every member of that system would by an abstract "social" necessity view any-and-all adversaries to such a system of slavery as indeed very dangerous and monstrous, such that the danger and monstrosity would not be “only in the eyes of those who would want the model of ‘powers-that-be’ perpetrated ad infinitum.”
As such I pray that Michael and My God of the Living hear my prayer to please save us from this “state” with political slaves, land slavery and tax slavery!
