In their attempts to defend the indefensible – John Roberts helping advance the homosexual agenda by coaching homosexual activists to win "special rights" in the Romer v. Evans Supreme Court case – many supposedly Christian "leaders" have left the impression that Roberts had no choice but to do what he did because his law firm took this case.

It does seem that, if Judge Roberts is a Christian, he would not freely help a group that consists only of people whose lifestyle is Unchristian. Or maybe he's showing love akin to the love shown by Jesus to the prostitute. Who knows??? God does and as for me, I'll refrain from judging someone until I see what he does on the Supreme Court. I will say that it's easier to put a camel through the eye of a needle than it is for a rich man to get to heaven. If that is the reason why our legislature has gone so corrupt then I say strip them all of their inflated/exaggerated salaries.

Jesus showed love to the Prostitute by calling her an adulteress. "Love your neighbour" comes from Leviticus 19:17-18, Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon you ... thou shalt love they neighbour as theyself

Helping homosexuals advance their perversion is not love, it is hatred of them. You hate the man you encourage in his sin. You chastise or rebuke those you love. Worse still, as the Word of God declares, if you do not rebuke the man to his face for his sin, you suffer his sin upon you. John Roberts carries the guilt of sodomy for failing to denounce those who practice it.

Thanks Scott for helping me see the light. You are right... to be forgiven we must admit we have sinned. To tell someone they have sinned is giving them the chance to ask for forgiveness, I suppose. To act as if they have not sinned is bringing their sin upon yourself and if you know in your heart they have sinned you are lieing as well.

Thanks,
Ty

Dear SWhiteman, your quote is certainly the quote of a mature Christian. Thanks, so much, it made me re-think my "comfortable" position of just staying quiet so as not to hurt the sinner's feelings. I have been wrong. I'm told that Judge Roberts has been planning his law career in such a way that he would one day be on the Supreme Court Since he has practiced law in Washington D.C. for so many years, I'm sure he learned that to help the Sodomite cause, can realy further your career. That's the kind of country we have become.

I thank Christ for showing such to me, and pray and hope I will abide by His direction when it comes up in my life.
