Kevin Swanson of Generations Radio interviewed Michael Peroutka on “Constitution education.” Kevin asks about what the Founders might think today, and what in the federal government today violates the boundaries that they established. Michael gives examples of out-of-control government: much of what Congress does is outside the boundaries established by Article I, Section 8, the Supreme Court tries to “declare” law, and without acknowledging the authority of God, law degenerates into the tyranny of man.
